Used Windsurfing Boards I Want To Start Windsurfing.?

I want to start windsurfing.? - used windsurfing boards

I know I need a beginner's board at least 3 meters. Soooooo I guess I'm just looking for advice on what type of table you need, what size or style of candle work better with advice and tips to help you on your computer, PDA or windsurfing in general.

I live in Rhode Iceland and the beach, where the Board has waves, I would rather low ... 3-5 meters and wind speeds of 10 knots on a normal day.
